At Beymen Information Technologies, I actively took part in system, network, and user support operations. I managed the network connections, configurations, and remote access of devices used across stores and headquarters, including Zebra handheld terminals, PAX POS devices, SD-WANs, ADSL modems, and access points. Through Active Directory, I handled user and device management, IP tracking, remote connections (Radmin, Remote Desktop), and access authorization to ensure operational continuity. Additionally, I continued the development of the “BeymenRadmin” desktop management application, originally initiated by a former colleague, using C# and the .NET Framework. The application centralizes the management of store devices (cash registers, advertising TVs, and ADSL modems) by retrieving IP addresses, modem details, device types, and ping statuses from the SQL Server database and displaying them in a single dashboard. I designed a user-friendly interface featuring DataGridView controls for search, filtering, connection initiation (via radmin.exe integration), and error logging. Furthermore, I implemented theme-sensitive UI design, dark/light mode switching, and color coding to align the project with the company’s corporate identity. This project enabled the IT team to access and manage all store devices from a single platform, significantly improving response times and overall operational efficiency.
During my time at Hummel, I was responsible for ensuring the continuity and performance of IT infrastructure while providing comprehensive technical support to end users. I actively managed network connectivity, server access, Active Directory user administration, hardware troubleshooting, and software installations. Through effective problem diagnosis, device configuration, and system updates, I contributed to improving the operational efficiency of the IT department. Additionally, I implemented optimizations in device and network management aligned with corporate security policies to enhance system stability and reliability.
During my internship at Kar Bilisim, I worked on dashboard design, user authentication, login processes, and web API integration. I actively contributed to software development using C# and ASP.NET Core, focusing on database connections and user interface design. I also managed API requests and performed error analysis through Postman during testing phases. Throughout the internship, I gained hands-on experience in the complete software development lifecycle, including planning, coding, testing, and deployment.
